These past two weeks on the running plan have been alright. Minor aches and pains here and there, but nothing unusual. How's training going for you? Want to start a training group? Join

I'll join your training like 4-8 weeks (unless I feel up for it sooner). Of course, I can't run like you, though, but considering I no longer have a gym membership, I think running on the streets around here might be the best way for me to get my butt off the couch!
